Write A Location Info App

Need app that can be used on ALL mobile types and software (Android, IOS etc) The User Interface must be User Friendly . Frontend Search Functionality (Cities, Areas or Categories) and Map or you can choose to go with the one only (Map or Database Search) Switch via Buttons or left or right flick swipe of the finger etc <<<<<Search with categories>>>>>>> <<<<<<<Map with Categories>>>>> Search Page Have Buttons with icons to filter the search. Map Page Have Different Icons that can be filtered at the side. The Map Must Be activated on your current GPS location but also be able to search the map with pop up Description The Backend 10+ Categories Etc. Attractions,History, Art , Points of interest, Fuel Stations, Shopping, Sub Categories +- 10 Each Attractions - Amusement Parks - Zoo - etc Points of interest- Church - Buildings Each Listing must have Category Name, Gps Location, Adress, Telephone numbers, Email Different sections shown on Front end 1) Basics of Listings 2) Detail and maybe link to website if Applicable 3) Images 4) Video Integrated From Youtube or other mediums 5) Rating System For each user to be able to rate the Listing Shown in stars (must have functionality that each device can only rate once and Spam must be a no go) and Comment Section that can be monitored before uploaded 6) Price of Listing Per Person/Night 7) Specials Must be able to import different types of databases and structures (This will be provided by me) The import and the setup is the developers responsibility. 7 000-12 000 listings for a start in more then one database (More will be different service/job) The app Must have AdSpace Structured Throughout the site. The Developer Will be available for the 100 Different icons of each category 10 and sub Category 10 =10 *10 =100 Max (More Icons than that will be extra) Each Phase has Prototype ( PhotoShop etc) Frontend Prototype. 2 pages MAIN FOCUS. Search with filters Functionality Map Feature with filters CMS for data input and editing Gps Markers Icons Voice reader Youtube and Mp3 Connection with each listing I'll Provide more detailed flowchart of the app but this is basically it English Speaker a must.
