I propose to do this project in native Android (more stable and more efficient than Cross-platforms, and you need only an android application). Remote configuration suggestion: a simple web application for uploading configuration files to the server (can be google firebase; very fast ). May be an improvement ?: the switch can be done by automatic localization, if the change must be made at the border . + Application doit supporter différent languages .
