An basic App that is triggered by an incoming SMS containing a number. upon receiving the SMS, the App will extract the number and make an outgoing call to it. The app will then have to detect when the call has been answered and then play a pre-recorded announcement. During playback, the App must continuously be listening for DTMF tones generated by the called phone, and upon hearing a pre-determined DTMF tone (e.g 5), is shall disconnect the call. Very clear, detailed functionality is provided in the attached file. Unless you don't have particular experience with this functionality, please don't waste your time as the entire project will be paid upon delivery given that it very clear logic which upon delivery either works or it doesn't (no taste-based features, graphics, etc, simple 0 or 1 !!!)
