OTT APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

I am looking for a developer who can develop an Over-the-top (OTT) application. The client has requested that the solution be built for the Android platform, and may require some third-party collaborations for successful completion of the project. The application that is being requested is a Video Streaming App. This app will need to be robust, as it will be expected to meet the demands of its users. The platform must be user-friendly and easily accessible, while providing access to streaming high quality video content with minimal buffering or lag time. Additionally, the development of this app will require a strong front-end interface, top-notch back-end module, and powerful integration with a variety of third-party services, if applicable. Similarly, i would like to have the AHA (OTT) just like that the appearance and other stuff, provided i also required the PODCAST also to be added in this OTT platform. The application needs different categories such Entertainment, Education, Religious, Sports, News, etc For all contents, user can state a review of video only. User can feed their reviews on the basis of video which will be 10-20 seconds long, upon approval from admin those reviews can be relayed in online. Main thing i need separate options as "Today's Poll" (Name can be changed later) in this any user who uses this application can put their story status with long of 10-20 seconds. Third Party apps is i need a redirection button to redirect to my existing application like JUSTDAIL . My budget will be 5 Lakhs to the maximum, apply only you can complete this project within this budget.
