Good day, I have understood scope of this App, as this is a big App, so my major concern is that your selected budget range is very low. So, would you be flexible in your selected budget? As our team estimate is higher and I am not sure how you selected this budget for your project on Freelancer website, because cost of any project is based on the overall features/functionality. I will design and develop a flutter based taxi platform for your requirements where customers can book the ride as per standard rates set by admin but at the time of taking the ride, the customer can bargain on the price with the driver and reach to a conclusion which is acceptable for both of them. Driver must update the agreed price into platform before the start of the ride. Customer will pay the agreed amount to driver at the end of the ride.
