Android app picking out needed functions to create my own GUI in .net

I am in need of an experienced Android app developer to complete this project of mine. I have the full code of the program that I wish to make my own GUI for so I would need the bidder to know how to read java code and also know how the Bluetooth works on an android app as well since this app communicates and controls my needed appliance via Bluetooth. I am not that experienced enough in java code in order to pick out the needed parts to get this working in my own GUI environment (VB.net or C#.net). If you also have skills in .net (be it VB or C#) then you run a better chance in me choosing you for this job of mine. Keep in mind that there would be NO code on your end needed for this project. I simply need you to be able to pick out the functions/etc that the app currently uses to control the appliance so that i can rewrite it using .net GUI. But I would be willing to pay a little more if you'd think you can do both (get the correct java code and then convert it over to VB/C#.net code).
