I am doing a research paper on the methodology of the design thinking method. There is five steps in the design thinking method. The goal is to add data science to this method and propose clustering. We are focusing on the first two steps of the methodology Empathize and Define. I already write my paper but I need someone to go deeper on the first two steps and explain the pain point of the steps and why adding clustering will help.

Hey, I can add a framework or concept of making model and collecting data - an example can be used for this, we can use a regression model, with an end goal, but every problem will have a different way of justifying the problem. I can explain the pain points in further details and how clustering will help. Can work in milestone, and based on your review and suggesting can edit the same.

Hello there, This sounds very interesting and I would love to work with you to complete. I think Tim Brown gives some of the best definitions of design thinking and I also like how the methodology is similar to Agile for computer programming, given that is is a dynamic & iterative methodology.
