Changes required in wordpress site

There are certain changes i need in my existing wordpress site. It is easy job for someone who is expert in wordpress. Below are the changes and some new features that i need to corporate in my website. 1) remove current player and embedd multiple track audio player like this [login to view URL] 2) integrate voting system like this [login to view URL] 3) add video page similar to [login to view URL] where I can embed larger sized videos as well as rank and classify them 4) In sign up page provide user to choose password instead of having it emailed to them. 5) create back-end for members. I want it to all be themed the same as the site and I want members to have limited capabilites...I don't want it going into that wordpress menu thing. I also need the song download buttons to be changed so people don't have to right click and save as to download. 6) Digital store page structured in a more html format also. I'm going to end up adding a lot of single song downloads so I need to be able to categorize them and show "top sellers" and things like that. 7) I don't like the way the most recent uploads and most popular downloads look on the main page. I'd like the most recent uploads, most popular downloads, and digital store sections on the main page to be reconfigured. I want it to look a little more custom.
