Need an admin who has experience. Please write your proposal as a cover letter specific to our company and why we should work with you and about yourself. We are mainly looking for someone to work with us a long time & interested in working in this field. You need to be able to: - work in a fast-paced and diverse environment (really); - handle pressure; - know how to communicate efficiently; - work for a long time; - take responsibility and eager to work. You MUST: - know English very well; - type fast (adequate level to write 80wpm or faster, you can test yourself through typing test); - have well-working internet; - be ready to work for a long term period (years, not months) - work during EST hours (anywhere to start 8am~11am to 5pm~11pm). - be flexible working as on-call hours rather than completely offline unless emergency and pre-arranged occasion. I'm looking for someone aggressive (in a positive way) who will work and grow with the team. Not looking to work with someone who doesn't really need a job or working only for money - we need someone who is passionate, responsible and wants to grow and learn (fighter is needed!!). If you are someone who is usually scared to talk to new people, can't handle pressure and critical feedback, and get upset easily - this is not the work for you. ***FAQ - Starting salary will be dependent on your experience and time commitment. You will have a chance to fill out your desired pay on a job application attached below. Work probation, in the beginning, will start from lower amount per week and this could be the first week or prolong based on your work capability and pick up speed. - we are a vacation rental management company along with sister companies of Real Estate Development, therefore, I welcome everyone eager to learn about the market. - if you speak Spanish, it is definitely a plus, but not required. - Most Importantly, we won’t be able to review any applicants without a cover letter and CV. Thanks for your understanding. Our company: Spaciouz is a vacation rental company that is a sister-company with our Real Estate Development and Investment companies. Primarily, we are looking for admin support for Spaciouz but if you are interestd in learning more about Real Estate work, you are more than welcome to let us know. We are based in Philadelphia, PA and have markets in different areas in the U.S. We are a multicultural company with different people with various background. We are very fast-paced and love salespeople.
