I am an executive/administrative assistant with over fifteen (15) years experience. I am a self-starter individual with extensive experience to hit the ground running. I have worked assisting business executives and managers by prioritizing their tasks, organizing their calendars, emails and performing duties as may be necessary for business administration.
As a paralegal I am trained to keep confidential information private, to pay attention to detail, to have strong analytical skills to conduct research and to have a creative mind to prepare extensive writings. Additionally, I have assisted several businesses with their Bookkeeping/Human Resource Dept. and onboarding new employees. I am also proficient with Quickbooks online.
I grew-up in the State of Florida, USA where I graduated from high school and obtained my bachelor's degree.

My hourly rate is seventeen US dollars (US$17.00) and I am available as needed.
