Accounts & MIS  Verification of statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accounting norms.  Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account, Balance Sheet and annual reports.  Monitoring branch accounts and also receivable and payable accounting.  Passing of Bills (purchase & sales)  Year-end Finalization with All Provisions.  Day wise Monitoring Financial Status Report Submitting to Management. Auditing/ Taxation  Managing the complete planning and management activities for ensuring completion of Statutory, Concurrent, Internal, and Tax audit within time and cost budget.  Conducting verification of various books of accounts to detect any possible fraud and ensuring that accounts prepared conform to accounting standards.  Experience in matters related to VAT, Sales tax, Service Tax, Excise and e-TDS etc.
