Financial Dashboard The project is to map business operations of a dental surgery to either current accounting packages like QB, Xero or to ERP next. All chart of accounts to capture data must be mapped. Aim of the Project 1. Enable informed decision making in terms of dental services that yield most profit, most leads generated (marketing), COGS, Expenses etc to optimise the business and maximise returns, trend analysis and others 2. Excel Sheet to upload data to the QBO/Xero/ERPnext. Current practice management system is a closed system 3. Financial Dashboard (as uploaded) must be generated is on the fly from the data uploaded to QBO/Xero/ERPnext. The necessary interaction between the package and Excel must be built as well. 4. Inventory consumed must be reported via COGS and purchase orders must be generated based on inventory controls. Project Deliverables 1. Create and Excel Sheet into which data can be populated from a Practice Management System 2. The Excel sheet must be detailed enough to break down sales by category and COGS by category 3. Consumable’s data from COGS must be captured in inventory module and purchase invoice generated with threshold is reached. 4. The data captured in this spreadsheet to be imported into QBO/Xero/ERPnext along with bank feed. Actual expense not related to production must be captured under in a separate area under expenses titled YaYa (To distinguish add backs etc and to be able to analyses YaYa ratio to revenue etc eg: staff training, staff facilities, directors earning etc) 5. The spread sheet when done must capture last 24 months of data into QBO 6. The break down has to be detailed to make informed management decisions on service codes that are most profitable, trend analysis to increase lead generation all aimed to maximise GP 7. A financial cockpit as attached must be created using the data for analysis and business optimisation. 8. Operational Documentation and training on how to use the system.
