Attention! This project is for hiring a full time Virtual Assistant. Fixed monthly rate is written in the description. This is also a commission-based position (on results and profits). You have ongoing work and residual income. The right person for this project must put the most amount of effort in the beginning. Ask me any questions I may not find it necessary to answer it here.
I am looking for a person to be able to install wordpress sites, themes, write very good genuine content(no spinners), build social presence, post ads online, have knowledge about local lead generation or be practically able to generate leads using free methods online. Also manipulating images or videos will be great if this skills are possessed. I am friendly and I offer a standard pay of $300-350. Also I am willing and I will split any profits generated from anything that is generated by posting ads online, writing content, niche research etc

Also to take in consideration: would be nice if the member I want to hire is willing to verify with freelancer. Would be highly appreciated.
Update 2: I would like you to be confident and practical. List all the practical skills that you have. Also a reminder to the interested candidates would be that they must have "almost no typos" in writing. Niche research as your tasks would be to find keywords, write content, write blog posts, domain name research/ niche research and get everything done. I can install Wordpress for you once you have completed your research. I offer extra pay(on profits) for help in local lead generation. I am really confident we'll make a great team. This would be a highly lucrative project for both.
