Hi, I need someone who will help me by providing call center support. Here is the main job tasks you need to do-  Product/service selling  answer calls and respond to emails  handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email  research required information using available resources  manage and resolve customer complaints  provide customers with product and service information  update existing customer information  process orders, forms and applications  route calls to appropriate resource  follow up customer calls where necessary  document all call information according to standard operating procedures  complete call logs  produce call reports Note: you have to work for 8 hours from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. for 6 days in a week, Sunday will be the off day and you will be paid 15,000 BDT, monthly. You will also get incentive if you can fulfill our product/ service selling targets.
