Bi-lingual French/English Easy Telephone Research.

The job involves telephoning a list of hotels and restaurants in France. We will provide a list of names and telephone numbers in an Excel spreadsheet. We require accurate information on the daily opening hours and weekly and annual closures for each establishment. We also need the price of their cheapest set menu (in euros). For the hotels we also require prices (in euros) for a high season double room and standard breakfast. Results should be recorded as additional fields in the Excel spreadsheet. The information will be used in an English language guide book and must be accurate. We will conduct a random check of some of the information to check the accuracy. Please also note that restaurateurs do not appreciate being disturbed for such questions during busy service hours. Just before and just after are good times to call. Each call will take about 1 - 3 minutes, as the proprietors and concierges have this information at their fingertips. Please quote for one hundred establishments and we will adjust payment on a pro rata basis if more establishments need to be added. Start Monday 23rd July for completion by Monday 30th July. This project would be ideally suited to a French/English national resident in France.
