First of all, I am an Australian resident, and have gone through the process of purchasing and selling two properties over the last five year period. My studies and research work has often led to situations where I have had to model processes as a matter of course. Thirdly and more importantly, most of my career was with the multinational Unilever in quite senior positions, and I have gathered extensive experience in modelling and analysing business processes, particularly in the implementation of efficiency improvement exercises as well in the implementation of ISO9000 QA systems. This background clearly places me in a unique position to undertake this assignment. And being a person who pays attention to detail and somewhat of a perfectionist, I am quite confident that I will be able to deliver your product to your entire satisfaction within the agreed time frame.
