A website with a feature to store a tree and automatic payments

The website should have following features: 1) People should be able to make a payments to each other and to the company through debit card, and the money will go into the bank account. Use [login to view URL] APIs. 2) Only those people should be able to access the website who have an account. 3) The people with an account will be able to create new accounts for others. 4) When the person A who already has an account opens a new account for a person B, person A is called parent of person B. 5) Person A can create several projects for person B at any time. In each project: - Person A mentions the amount of money that he invested in person B that person B confirms. - Person A specifies the projected amount of earnings person B will be earning, and an expected date when person B will start earning that amount. - Person B will have to pay person A whatever amount he owes him times 1.25. - Person B will have to pay the company 20% of the projected earnings every month. - Person B may request to cancel the project in case some issues arise, in which case person A will have to authorize the cancellation. 6) The profit will be distributed in the chain of people in the following way: - Consider a chain of people where A is a parent of B, B is a parent of C, C is a parent of D, and D is a parent of E. (A->B->C->D->E). Each person will be referred as a node in the following. - Whatever E pays to the company, D will be entitled to 50% of it, C will be entitled to 25% of it, B will be entitled to 12.5% of it, and A will be entitled to 6.25% of it and so on. - Any node might have any number of children, grand-children, super-grand children and so on. - Every node will be entitled to some money from children, grand children, super-grand children and so on. - Every node will owe some amount of money from its earnings to the company. - Every node will actually receive the money that its entitled to from its children and grand-children only when it pays its dues to the company.
