Boy Scout Troop Site Login

We are trying to put up a Boy Scout Troop Web site.? This needs to be a private Web site, with login required.? We have the login part working.? We are now trying to get a new user registration function and a couple of simple admin functions coded, but running into problems.? Need a good ASP (not 2) coder to help us complete.? This is a private, volunteer project for a Scout troop with almost no budget.? Any pay would have to come out of my own pocket.? Would prefer a volunteer, but could pay a little if needed.
