Design icon for windows phone 7 application tile

I an icon or app tiles (png) for my windows phone 7 application. The applications is about xbox 360 achievement points and the value they have. The point is to convey that these achievement points have a lot of value. I'd like to have the xbox achievement logo (The 4 curved bars that form a circle), but replace the X in the middle with a gold coin, or a pile of gold coins. Or a dollar sign or some bling. And I want the word 'Cheevos' on it. Example of the 4 curved bars: <[login to view URL]> The windows phone 7 icon needs to be square and I'd like a square border like the glassy green xbox color in cheevos.com. Background I want grey like the xbox achievment in the link above. I want to make it look like an achievement. The word cheevos needs to be in a straight line and fit the width. maybe make it white like the an achievement. Another example of the achievement icon is: <[login to view URL]> The icon will have to come in 3 sizes below, so you'll have to make sure that it will look good in the small font.
