Build a jquery form Validation plugin

I need a custom jQuery plugin. The plugin I need is a validation plugin that can be applied to a form by using the forms ID. Then the plugin can detect any type of form element ie. input, select, radio, checkbox etc I will be applying the plugin to a number of forms in a project, and each form will contain some elements that are required. I want the submit button to be 'disabled' until all required fields that I specify for each form are validated. The plugin must check while the user is typing that all required fields are true, and that the form is not validated then the submit button remains 'disabled' (the html attr). I have all the CSS styling and html of an example form layout and error styling that I will supply when we start now so that will be the test of the plugin. That it can validate the form and apply the errors as I need. (My forms are built on Bootstrap just so you know) So the spec of the plugin I need is: 1) It can be applied to any form by ID and the submit button is disabled until validation of required fields in the form are equal to true 2) I want validation to happen as the user types 3) I want to be able add min and max length characters, 4) I want the plugin to be able validate phone numbers - will supply exact spec 5) I want to be able to validate email addresses with @ and a '.' 6) I want to be able to add custom messages to validation above like, insert 3 more characters, email must contain '@' etc etc 7) Also I want to be able to validate passwords that must contain a number, 'x' number of characters, a capital letter, and the option that I can set certain characters like (!@£$%^&*() etc. I want a confirm password box which asks user to confirm password (will provide form) 8) I also have a small list of special input fields, like first 2 characters are numbers - then 3 letters - then 4 numbers etc. I will provide all details whilst the project is started. == only maybe 10 fields with special validation eg. input must be 123ABC1234AB etc. Most of all I need someone who is patient and will work with me until it's right! I am a generous tipper at the end of a successful project. From start I need the project within 24hours. Looking to start project in the next 2 hours so quick choice will be made And looking for a long a relationship as have big work coming soon This is fairly simple but I really need it quick and don't have the time myself.
