Artificial intelligence on image processing

I am currently working in Machine learning. I code in python. I have worked on projects related to user behavioral analysis and identification. I want to know more about your requirements to have an idea of the work the end result. What are the criteria you have? DO you have any preference of the Machine Learning algorithm to be used? I prefer python for coding, do u have any requirement of the programming language as well?
