Create a very simple flash game

I need a very simple flash game. The user will control a sword, with the mouse click button acting to slash with the sword. The first stage will have one dollar bill moving from left to right. The objective is to cut the dollar bill into maximum pieces in a set amount of time. The motion of the dollar bill will be random. Once a dollar bill is cut, it becomes 2 half pieces, each again moving randomly, and so on. The maximum number of cuts within the time limit (say 30 seconds) will get the maximum score. I need at least 10 rounds, with the number of dollar bills increasing linearly each round, i.e. 2 in round 2, 3 in round 3 and so on... There should be a way to create a leaderboard, and once you complete the game you can add you name and score to the leaderboard. However only the top 10 names will be displayed. After each round, we should be able to flash a message saying "Why pay more?"
