You probably mean Nordic nRF51822, not S1822. I can do the job for you. I have experience with bluetooth, and with the Nordic RF ICs. I guess you would want to poll every second (or other interval) the thermocouple and if the temp changes the new temperature is sent via Bluetooth and displayed on the LCD.
