Responsibilities:
• Providing level 2 support world wide for different Symantec enterprise and consumer products through phone, live chat, email and remote access system.
• Using various remote assistance tools (LogMeIn, Remote Assist, Cytrix, GoToAssist) provide remote login to customer’s computer and troubleshoot the issue.
• Managing a small team, which consists of 12 agents (L1’s).
• Maintaining day-to-day reports and meeting client’s SLA.
• Testing and collecting error logs of Symantec pre-release products (Beta version).
• Evaluating new releases of Symantec products and third party products to ensure that the product uses the most appropriate.
• Implementation, support, Analysis & performance tuning, replication for the client’s various knowledgebase (Lotus Notes).
