hi i have read your description of work i spend lots of time online , almost arround 16 hours a day online i have a dedicated server where i do lots of work there i have experience to deal with customers via live chat , as i i did before with a dedicated server company called "eqservers" i can help you a lot i have an open mind , also i'm a patient and helpful guy i have experience with team viewer to use for the support my english is very very good i have dealt with many companies scripts like : whmcs regards

Dear Hiring Manager, I am pleased to apply for the Virtual Assistant job at your company ; really it is the area of my experience. I have been working as a Quality and Administrative Affairs Specialist in one of the most prestigious airlines in the Middle East fore more than 6 years. I have a Bachelor of Commerce in 2008, and I hope one day to open my management and leadership center. In my daily job, I am the administrative assistant to my manager; I prepare reports in words and spreadsheets that we use them to address daily problems concerning the customer services and the financial data. Also, we prepare the presentations to summarize our problems and how we solved them, and send them to the general management. I do a lot of internet search in order to get the sufficient data we need in our operations, and I arrange them and prepare the reports required to the management. I have excellent skills in the Microsoft Office; excellent communication and leadership skills, since I am a team leader and this allows me to communicate a lot with my colleagues. I have also a very good interent connection, about 8 MB, so it will be very easy to do the job required effeciently and effectively. I am looking forward to be hired for this project, since I have the passion on both the administrative assistance jobs and in working in the non profit organizations
