Add events to website calendar - ASAP

I am in need of someone to add events to our WordPress based calendar. We are switching plugins used to run our calendar and need to move events from one portion of the site to another. Also, we will need to collect the information from a couple of our partner sites.
There are 175 events inside of our website that need copied. I did a video showing how to do it and each one took about 3 minutes, so total time should be about 7-8 hours. Pulling from the other site as about the same amount, so I would anticipate the entire project being about 20 hours.
