I have over 4 yrs experience of Customer service/Technical support from 2006 upto present I am currently supporting Time Warner Cable Internet I am confident in troubleshooting wired / wireless connections, familiar with Malwarebytes, CCleaner, using Team Viewer, Logmein remote softwares too
I also worked as Message handler for pagers and Outbound Customer service from between 1999 and 2003
We maintain acquired customers from other Internet Service providers too like AOL, Earthlink, New Wave, Brighthouse and a lot more

I know how to listen coz I want the same. I worked in a call center that was not just all troubleshooting process but also more of listening and being keen to what the customer needed.
