There are a number of elements which concern me as an editor and, as a consequence, I have been unable to match your stated budget as I believe there is considerably more work to be done than you may think. This is not meant to be a criticism of your work, but purely a comment coming from experience. One initial element is the shortness of the sentences. It is more fitting for an academic piece than a literary one, and as a consequence, it stops the flow and does not make the text so easy and smooth to read. There are a number of unnecessary repetitions of 'information' and thus the text does need editing from that angle as well. I would be glad to send you an edited version of the text you have provided so that you can see more clearly what I am talking about and what you could expect from my editing services.
