C# Build a RESTful Service to find points of interest

Hi! I'm experienced developer and I'm sure I can help you with your service. I have only 3 questions: 1) Is it possible to used VS2013 (it's easily converted to VS2015 by IDE itself) - I have VS2015 only on my virtual machine.. and it's not very usefult for me used it for development :) 2) What sources should be used to find points? It will be database or some or online services (for example google or bing provided services to fins something simiiar) 3) Not sure what you mean by "WCF service application and then convert it to be RESTful"? You pont to article that describe how to build REST service based n WCF.. but what you mean by converting? If we'll follow rest-specification we'll get RESTFUll service without any converting.. possible you mean something specific? I'll happy to help u with your project.
