Putting together audio program

We have an audio program made up of MP3 recordings that we require to be put together. The recordings are from 1 minute long to 26 minutes long there are 10 to 15 pieces of varying length. We also need music tracks inserted into various spots between the audio tracks and other MP3 programs inserted as well. We need the program to be in tracks were the listener can fast forward or rewind to at anytime. We need the whole program to run at a constant volume level with the music and audio at the same level. We need some music inserted as a very soft back ground while the audio is playing in some spots. The audio is approximately 2 hours long when put together. But when the music is added to the tracks could be around 3 hours long in total. The project would suit an audio engineer or someone with experience and the correct equipment to do a top job. All recordings and music are supplied with an order of sequence supplied. We need the job completed in 7 days from date of acceptance and the supply of the audio tracks. Has to be able to play on MP3 and normal CD. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MP3 and CD
