Company Valuation - DCF

I require a experienced financial analyst to do a quick financial valuation using DCF method on a company. I have past 3 years financial statements of the company on excel. Following is what is required: 1, Project the financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement for 5 years) 2, Make assumptions on revenue, expenses, other line item growth for future projections in line with historic growth. 3, Make adjustment for non-reocurring items, capex to be 5% of the revenue going forward, fixed assets to be projected forward 4, work out free cash flow (FCF) 5, apply DCF valuation on FCF using WACC as 15% 6, Use perpituity growth to work out terminal value 7, calculate DCF valution for company 8, Format excel and DCF to make it look professional and presentable 8, All assumptions and growth must be documented in excel and should be easily changable to feed through the calculations etc
