DICTATION WORK Video/Audio (Pharmaceutical/Medical) - repost

I am looking for someone who can give me an accurate dictation of a technical pharmaceutical video. The freelancer should have experience in dictation, know how to use dictation software and be very accurate with their dictation. Keep in mind that this is a pharmaceutical dictation and there are very technical terms. The video does show the some of the technical terms but there are times where the freelancer might have to google search to check on the spelling/topic. There will be several hours of video content but I am looking for a bid of under $10 per 10 mins of video.
