Vtuber 3D model and Rigging

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist to create an Anime/Cartoon style Vtuber 3D model and rigging. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating realistic and detailed anime/cartoon characters. Requirements: - Replicate existing artwork provided by the client - Create a 3D model that accurately represents the client's specific design - Rigging should be of full motion capture complexity, allowing for detailed actions and movements Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rigging software - Strong understanding of anime/cartoon art style - Experience in replicating existing artwork - Knowledge of full motion capture rigging techniques If you have the skills and experience required for this project, please submit your portfolio showcasing your previous work in anime/cartoon style 3D modeling and rigging. Project Details Title: Vtuber Avatar modeling and rigging Purpose: create a 3D model for use in streaming and content creation Main goals: 3D avatar design and rigging that is cel-shaded, multiple outfits(2 or more), accessories such as sunglasses and hat, create set including a backdrop, desk and chair with monitor Risks: may need numerous revisions to ensure happy fulfillment of the project fitting my design Materials: able to provide previous design to base work off, photos and detailed descriptions of what needs to be done Ideas: -It is inspired by some older works which examples can be provided on request -Must be strong cel shading that conveys the sense of a 2D image that is usable within the software I use to capture footage and MoCap -Potential designs for two animal sidekicks that have a couple of idle animations when used in scenes and animations that can be cued -May also want some animations that can be cued with the main character model Timeline: Start Date: ASAP Total Duration: Expected to take several weeks to a month, quality over speed is important and I can be patient Completion – optimal deadline: September Completion – required deadline: October Milestones Milestone Description: Base Character Model Design Start Date: ASAP -Documents: Examples and previous work provided upon request -Notes: Base character model must be completed with a single outfit including completion of a logo design given. Must be Cel-shaded. Milestone Description: Outfit and Accessories Start Date: After base model is completed -Notes: A second outfit must be made that is a Hawaiian shirt, shorts and flip flops. Pictures will be provided for examples on design and color. Accessories for character model will be sunglasses and a hat. Milestone Description: Set Design Start Date: After base model and extra work is done -Documents: Photos of examples will be provided upon request -Notes: floor and backdrop with a desk, and chair as well as a monitor that can be used as a green screen. Backdrop will also include a window that can be used as a virtual green screen. Chair and desk should be moveable objects; not fixed in the set. Optional Milestone Description: Sidekick models Start Date: After previous required milestones are met -Documents: photos and concepts of idea can be given upon request -Notes: Optional task that can be discussed as to details Milestone Description: Rigging and animations Start Date: After all other milestones are met -Notes: On base model, and then on sidekick models if those are completed. Needs to be able to adopt smooth animations for motion capture and have several additional animations available upon being cued up
