Al querer finalizar el proceso de compra, se ve detenido debido a que la dirección y datos del perfil no son guardados, por lo que el proceso de compra queda sólo en AdminCarts. Esto sucede 3 de 10 usuarios. Es extraño; al parecer la db está dañada. Estamos utilizando Knowband Supercheckout (se puede quitar también para ir descartando módulos) te necesitamos para un diagnóstico general, revisión del database, quizás revisar la performance del servidor contratado (SCL). Anterior programador no supo encontrar el problema. Ideal comunicación telefónica, flexible de día, con posible trabajo continuo / mantenimiento de front-end y actualizaciones. Muchas Gracias! Tenemos instalado el modulo de Starken de Rolige el cual no funciona correctamente con el modulo "SuperCheckout " de Knowband. El campo ciudad no toma los valores de las comunas y no determina el transportista. Creo que el error se puede deber a que cada modulo utiliza un nombre distinto para el campo ciudad y no existe una equivalencia entre ellos, pero es solo una teoría.

This work could be done by support. However i dont want to wait. 1. Fix unable to check Bill/Inovice field. Compatibility issu beetween superchekout module by Knowban and Bill/Invoice module by 2. Align layout on Leotheme AppPage builder. 3. REduce steps of chekout. Redirect CART to superchekout module by Knowband. See attachment for visual. We are interested on building a marketplace with magento platform. Usual components are available on magento connect like Multi vendor Marketplace - Knowband or similar.
