I need a some code written in Actionscript that will send a some commands via a TCP socket. I am communicating with an IP to Serial device. And need to be able to send a string. I need a developer that can provide me with the code and a test Adobe Air app that will send the strings. Attached is a sample project that has 4 buttons that trigger a function. It would be good if this could be used as the bases for the project. I also have the hardware setup here so I can test to make sure the app is sending the strings. I need a companion app that will capture Windows keystrokes and pass them to my AIR for Desktop app in real time through an API. I am working on an app that reacts to player keystrokes while playing a game, for use in streaming. It might be a bit like autohotkey, but I want something simple. AS3 / ActionSript / Adobe AIR for Desktop cannot get keystrokes when out of focus e.g. while playing the game, or I would just do it that way. Additionally, if there was a way to get only those that were being pressed while a specific window or application was in focus, that would be even better.

You can check it at: Few months ago, google deprecated their youtube AS3 API, so the flash-based embedded youtube screen in our app stopped working. We want to do some minimal work in order to fix this problem, and maybe later fix more things in the app after a long time that we didn't touch it.
