I awarded this project to Tooba because even though she was new to freelancer and without any past experience, she had high qualifications as evident from her profile and the certifications she showed me. I am fortunate to have found her from the enormous number of bids I received because Tooba turned out to be the perfect choice. What stood out for her was her detailed and personalized proposal. She understood the project properly, worked hard, worked smart, delivered on time and performed beyond expectations despite the low budget of the project. In our face-to-face discussions, she turned out to be of a really creative mind and in addition to the simple data entry, she took charge of the project and used modern data analytics techniques to analyse the data and also visualize it. I would love to work with her again.
