Sheri Williams is a literary agent, freelance writer, editor, and publishing consultant with over 20 years professional experience. Sheri launched her literary agency in 1997, after freelancing as an assistant for an Oregon agency. She has negotiated deals with such publishing companies as Chicago Review Press, Greenwood Publishing Group, and Skyhorse Publishing. She has published hundreds of articles on topics ranging from art to zoology.
Sheri has been published in many print and online magazines: Bella Online, ReadersRetreat, Gaming Products and Services Magazine, PNN, WritersMonthly, DivineCaroline, and Examiner, to name a few. She writes and ghostwrites regularly for various businesses. In addition to writing, Sheri has provided freelance proofreading and editing services for Harcourt Brace and Stagen, Inc. and copywriting for a number of online and traditional venues. She published An Agent’s Point of View in 2004.
Sheri has a degree in Criminal Justice and Journalism. She is certified in Professional Investigation, Criminal Forensics, Legal Secretary Skills, and DNA Evidence Collection. Sheri is an avid believer that one never ceases to learn.
