Its an Intelligent Web application that assists it's end users purchasing or renting a real estate property. It allows the end users to set their preferences in terms of their requirements and brings out results that match their specific preferences by evaluating a real estate property based on a multitude of factors assigning them scores. These scores are calculated on the basis of 23 different data points or variables that have a major influence on valuation of a property. Some of these data points are Schools, Hospitals, Health, Transport, Crime, Road Accidents, Food Shops, Restaurants, Shopping complex, Media Centres etc. These data points are captured from large public data-sets and then evaluated to make more sense out of them. As an example it takes open data and community information and then uses this information for an area. End users can make these searches for properties with main focus being on the area and how the associated data points suit their requirements.
