Head of legal, human capital and admin. department, member of the BOD. Lead the team of 10 persons in charge for the project of the reorganization of the bank that included: change of the bank’s name, seat, shareholders structure, implementation of the new policies and procedures, employees restructuring, reporting to the Central Bank, SEC and Tax Authority, compliance of the bank’s affaires with relevant regulation. Drafted and review all contracts of the bank, labor agreements, loan agreements, bank guaranties, cooperation agreements, land/assets sale/purchase agreements, etc…, oversight of the contracts fulfillment. Member of the BOD and secretary of the bank’s shareholders meetings. Duties included: convocation of the meetings, determination of the meeting’s agenda, preparation and review of documentation for meetings, oversight of the meeting minutes, oversight of voting process. Represented the bank before courts in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings, before notaries, public executor and all other competent authorities. Cooperated with the external lawyers, auditors, tax advisers.

Attracted new clients and new projects for all lines of service of the firm: audit, consulting and tax. Completed PwC global service selling course called” Fever Pitch”, and become certified ”Fever Pitch” coach specialized for sale of consulting services.
