After the ministry's restructure I have the opportunity to work as a Scheduler/Roster Adviser for the northern metropolitan Civil and Family Courts which has 1/3 of the Country's caseload. My task includes analysis reports to ensure all high risk case files have been given prompt hearing dates and progress to finality, daily meeting with the case management team and other teams to ensure their needs are met, regular meeting with the judicial officers to ensure their expectations can be transfer to court operation needs. Rostering the courtroom activities to match with court demands and best utilise judicial resources as part of my daily operation.
