How much is the monthly service fee? The service fee is US$1200.00 per month paid in advance. 3. Why should I send payment one month in advance? Because we also have to pay the overhead expenses such as phone lines and internet in advance. 4. When should it be paid? The monthly service fee should be sent every 3rd of the month 5. How can I send my payment? Bank to bank – it will take 3 banking days for us to receive the money transfer but this way would be cheaper for you Western Union – it takes minutes and it’s very convenient but it costs a little more than bank to bank 6. What if we fail to send payment on the 3rd of the month? We will continue to make calls and wait for a week but we would have to stop calling out for you after that if payment has not been cleared after the 5 days. We will resume calling after we have received the payment. 7. When will calls first start to go out? Two weeks after the payment is sent. The agents would have to undergo 1 week of American culture and accent training and 1 week of product training to make sure they are ready before they actually make calls for you. Our phone line provider and the CRM software will confirm the number of calls made in a day. 11. How many calls can you make in a day? 100-150 calls per day per agent 12. How many appointments can you make in a month? Storage: Average of 15-25 Shredding: Average of 25-35 13. How do I know that they are valid appointments? All appointments are verified by a second person on staff, not the original person who set the appointment. The purpose of this is to check the quality and ensure that the prospect does want the appointment. We also confirm the appointment one to two days prior to the appointment taking place and provide you with a monthly report detailing the results for the previous month of appointments and prospects who are not interested in an appointment. Appointments are emailed to you the day after they are set. 14. What if I want to change the agent who is calling for me? Inform us and give us about a week. We will appoint a new agent for you and he/she will be briefed about your company and services. 15. What will happen if we don’t get the number of calls and appointments committed in a month? In the following month, we will assign an additional agent calling for you to make up for the number of calls and appointments. We will do this at no additional cost. 16. What if I want to cancel my service? You may simply inform us one month in advance and we will stop calling after the month you paid for. We will not charge a cancellation fee. 17. Will my company have exclusivity? Once we start calling out for you, you would definitely be our sole client within your service area. 18. Do you offer other services? Yes, we can do data entry, application process, up-selling and other work that you would like to outsource.
