Kristiann was prompt, efficient, and did exactly what I wanted. She happily redid a section in response to my suggestions. She is a very intelligent editor who took initiative to fix things that needed fixing but that I hadn't specifically asked her to fix. She met all my requirements and then some. What makes me so enthusiastic about her work, though, is her thoughtfulness about going beyond my requests in ways that improved the project.
