This is a brief study of the option of implementing an individual saving accounts system in Chile, based in the england experience. It shows the impact in terms of public expenditure (depending on the demographic variables) and also an estimation of the benefits of the system in terms of years of high school that it could cover.

I am proficient both in English and Spanish (bilingual). I had 108 out of 120 points in the TOEFL test (see certificates attached), and I am a native Spanish speaker.
