Reengineering SIM tool into an upgraded web-based software solution named MISSION that launched in 2012. Mission is able to manage more than one program, USAID mission, country, regions and components in just one data source and offering transformed information to all Mission users from various stakeholders like Home Office staff and USAID staff.
