Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Cashiering - - Accept Subscribers cash and check payments. -Preparing and validating all edit list and post listing / batch cover slip. -Prepare and submit promptly all reports including the daily transaction / collection package. -Secure and deposit collection’s for the next banking day. -Prepare inventory and month-end reports including replenishment of cards, official receipt and office supplies. 2. Offering Product’s using demo facilities, inquires additions, revisions to existing services. 3. Handle Billing Disputes, all other Inquires and Complaints. 4. Assists Customer’s to correct usage of Services, Facilities, Digikard, Fax, and Internet Access. 5. Encode Sales completed, Application of Telephone Services Form. 6. To facilitate transactions flow, inform / follow-up concerned parties on account movement. 7. Maintain Customer’s Profile. 8. Customer Communication Link’s ( Kamustahan ). 9. Manage Customer service waiter’s list for uncompleted out of service area.
