Accelerated life testing (ALT) of batteries is performed to estimate the number of life cycles a battery can withstand in any mission fulfilling the mission power requirements. This test is destructive; therefore the battery cycles are exhausted completely. For ALT, selective samples are used to qualify the whole lot. Life of any space mission is dictated by batteries used in the mission, therefore the qualification process of batteries is quite critical.
Perspective Texture Synthesis Based on Improved Energy Optimization

Perspective texture synthesis has great significance in many fields like video editing, scene capturing etc., due to its ability to read and control global feature information. In this paper, we present a novel example-based, specifically energy optimization-based algorithm, to synthesize perspective textures. Energy optimization technique is a pixel-based approach, so it's time-consuming. We improve it from two aspects with the purpose of achieving faster synthesis and high quality.

The technique of optical fiber holography is presented in which transmission and reception the wave patterns is done using an optical fiber cable, which in turn causes the size of the setup to be reduced.

Font Acknowledgment and Character Extraction of Digital and Scanned Images

The font recognition and character extraction are of immense importance as these are many scenarios where data are in such a form, which cannot be processed like in image form or as a hard copy. So the procedure developed in this paper is basically related to identifying the font (Times New Roman, Arial, and Comic Sans MS) and afterward recovering the text using a simple correlation based method where the binary templates are correlated to the input image text characters.
