He put his phone# and email address on MY website as the contact info and refused to change it until we paid him the other half; (to be clear, we paid him for making the website go live),; He redirected the cPanel login to his own email address without informing us. I was unable to log in; He called me at 3 in the morning on one occasion; He appeared to have commandeered our sister website and sent 27 viruses. He agreed to do the content but the grammar was substandard. Unprofessional.
