I am mostly a people person so I like working with people and in teams. I am also optimistic and a hard worker. I like learning new things, being them work related or something that I am interested in. I am always looking for new things to learn and to challenge myself and to improve in all areas. Academically I have a bachelor degree in American Studies, so when it comes to English I m confident in my skills, since I speak English better than my native language sometimes.......... I also speak Spanish and even though I did not take a single class I learned it without noticing while listening to music and from TV. Currently trying to learn German, which is pretty hard but fun. Professionally I have been working in Customer service for over 6 years now, I am still enjoying it, as there is always something new to learn, strategies and no one can have to many soft skills.
