Worked for DOD and other organizations. I've gained both professional and academic expertise throughout the past fifteen years. My passion is automation. As a web developer for over a decade, I've made classified and unclassified websites, site collections, information architecture, and bespoke ux. As a Microsoft Professional Consultant, worked for small businesses and non-profits since leaving the military. This has helped me develop a wide variety of abilities and knowledge in numerous areas. In my eight-year Marine Corps career, I served as platoon sergeant, fire direction controlman, principal marksmanship trainer, and combat marksmanship trainer. I perfected my successful team method in the Marine Corps and afterwards. I hold myself and my team to the highest standards of accountability and lead by example to be the best leader I could be for my organization. Second, I strongly encouraged promoting innovation, honesty, and teamwork. Knowing our team's strengths and weaknesses helps us improve as a group and individually. Last, reminding everyone that they're accountable to the team and themselves helps them take ownership in their work and goals.
