I need to implement a custom function in Zoho Flow that fetches an Item by Item SKU. I am trying to create a flow where a Shopify order comes in to Zoho and Sales Order is created. I am currently getting a failure where "Invalid value passed for item_id". I am currently trying to Fetch Item by Name, however it fails because the name in Shopify doesn't match the item name in Zoho. Therefore I need a custom function that finds an item by SKU rather than ID or name.
